  • Can I bring external food into the venue?

    At this moment, we kindly request that no outside food be brought into our venues. We understand the importance of celebrating with a birthday cake! If you're planning to bring one, please reach out to your venue, and we'll explore the possibility of accommodating this special treat.

  • How do I book for a large group? 

    You can create a booking for up to 20 players for any standard booking via the Book Now button at your chosen venue. Please note, that larger bookings, it is subject to venue availability.

  • Can you hire out the Gamer X venue?

    Most of our venues offer full venue hire, you can find out more on what your closest venue offers by heading over to our party package page. Please note, that full venue hire is subject to location.

  • Do you do parties at Gamer X Huddersfield?

    Yes, we offer unforgettable parties unlike any other. With our fantastic amenities you're guaranteed to create lasting memories for your child or group. We accommodate all ages and budgets. Visit our parties page for details and craft a bespoke, stress-free party experience.

  • Do you have disabled access?

    Yes, we certainly do. Here at GAMER X, we try and make sure we can accommodate anyone who want to join us. We have an accessible entrances, lifts as well as dedicated disabled toilets.

  • Do you have parking facilities?

    Yes, as we are based in the town center there are many paid parking facilities available.

  • Can we cancel our ticket or move our booking once purchased?

    Unfortunately, once your ticket has been bought, we cannot refund it. It’s possible that we can move your booking for you dependent upon the circumstances and availability of the session.

  • What should I wear?

    Please wear sensible footwear: flat shoes or trainers, no open toes or heels. We advise wearing just one layer, as you may get warm when being active at Gamer X.

  • How does pricing work for Game Ticket

    We have different pricing for weekdays and weekends plus bundle offerings so the amount will change depending on your choice and when you want to visit us! You'll be able to see prices when you're booking your tickets.

  • Do I have to book in advance or Can I turn up on the day?

    Yes, you can turn up on the day and pay on the door if there is availability. We always advise booking in advance to avoid disappointments, some of our sessions sells out very quickly.

  • Do you sell food & drinks at Gamer-X?

    We stock an array of refreshments here at Gamer X Huddersfield.

  • What is the age suitability?

    We have games and activities suitable for ages 0 and up, but not all games are suitable for young children.

  • What should I do if I'm running late for my booking?

    While we can't promise that we'll be able to fit you in, the best thing to do is turn up as close to your booking time as possible (remember, your arrival time is 10 minutes before the session is due to start) and our team will do everything to get you sorted. Please be aware that this may include shorter playtime.
